Telemarketing Manager
What is a telemarketing manager, and what do they do?
A Telemarketing Manager will identify, hire, train, and develop qualified candidates in coordination with assigned representatives. The Telemarketing Manager is responsible for managing daily operations of the Telemarketing center, this includes setting the tone for success on a daily basis, dividing the workload appropriately, conducting floor supervision, implementing quality assurance to the established script, and on the spot development coaching.
Must set high perfomance expectations and be willing to work on the phones and lead by example when necessary in certain coaching situations. Will work with the Director of Marketing to identify and strategize on key opportunities to improve overall performance of the Telemarketings center.
